Job Description
Summary:
Candidates should have 5 years of experience in designing and programming control systems for automated equipment using pneumatics hydraulics and other means of movement. You will also be required to take projects from concept to install.
Responsibilities:
- Design and program equipment to customer build specifications
- Safety circuit design and programming via safety PLC
- Risk assessment implementing associated safety devices
- UL 508 certified design
- Specify components document control systems for various types of automated equipment.
- Electrical/Pneumatic design machine PLC programming machine debug and certification for customer runoff.
- Travel to customer sites for installation and startup of equipment (25% of time)

- PLC HMI Robot AutoCAD Motion Control Pneumatics and Hydraulics.

- Studio 5000

- FactoryTalk View
- Other related Allen Bradley Software
Education:
- An associated degree in the field of employment is desired
