Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Translate product vison into codable and measurable components with meaningfully sequenced and appropriately detailed user stories.
- Facilitate the gathering and elicitation of business requirements from key stakeholders and business partners focused around solving organizational challenges
- Prioritize user stories and work expected within the Sprints for squad based on urgency pervasiveness (the greater good) and organizational goals
- Liaise across business design and delivery partners to ensure clarity of business objectives and user needs.
- Maintain an evergreen Product roadmap and backlog shape and influence the direction of Sprints and Program Increments and enable timely delivery valuedriven data solutions.
- Enable product delivery readiness and rollout by facilitating demos managing communication/collaterals overseeing user acceptance testing and coordinating relevant training efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required advanced degree preferred with minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
- Ability to author thorough detailed highquality documentation including customer journey maps user stories use cases and test scripts.
- Experience independently managing requirements and designrelated activities for complex multibusiness multisystem initiatives.
- Experience in Agile development framework product lifecycle development and JIRA.
