Job Description
Are you an expert in user training and documentation Would you like to work in a multicultural environment within a European institution
We are looking for a User Documentation & Training Specialist to join a major project in Brussels.
Tasks
- Designing preparing and delivering training courses.
- Developing and updating training materials (manuals FAQs videos online help etc.).
- Providing firstlevel training support via email and phone.
- Collaborating with users project managers and developers.
- Performing testing when required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (EQF Level 6).
- Strong experience in training delivery and user support.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (technical and business).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of tools like Confluence Captivate or Camtasia is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
