Job Description
Role: Architect Applications (Senior)
Location: Baltimore MD (Onsite with Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- 5 years experience as an application architect
- Demonstrated progression in responsibilities and roles with experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions within the Transportation Industry.
- Indepth knowledge and expertise in variety of technologies relevant to the organizations architecture needs.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or Zachman Framework.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms cloudnative applications in MS Azure and services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Ability to create and communicate architectural visions and roadmaps to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of best practices in system architecture design patterns and integration strategies.
- Ability to design solutions architectures using modern decoupled eventbased and API enabled frameworks.
- Experience with implementing container management systems.
- Active mid to advanced cloud certification (Azure AWS GCP etc.)
