Job Summary:
Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into wellarchitected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between the clients current and desired end states.
• Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.
• Handle the technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and knowledge in the Telecom domain.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture including custom objects flows triggers Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities determining when custom solutions are necessary.
• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce projects ensuring scalability reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

Qualifications:

Skills Knowledge and Abilities:

• Communication industry experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Experience with large data integration and data migration activities within Salesforce projects.
• Strong documentation skills for current and future state solution architecture including functional/technical specifications data integration and data migration solution design.
• Proven ability to build manage and foster a teamoriented environment.
