Job Description

Job Purpose
Overall responsibility for recruitment for the campus
Working with the Principals Coordinators HODs to understand school requirements for effective recruitment
Coordinate with HQ Office to align the recruitment process
Reporting to HR Campus Partner

Key Result Area

Recruitment of all positions on campus

Responsible for hiring all academic and non academic positions at schools within the agreed SLA

Identify and employ multiple channels to source quality manpower

Ensure shortlisting of prospective candidates in terms of educational qualification experience and culture fit

Administer role specific assessments to prospective candidates and maintain records of screening phases

Coordinate with selection panel for scheduling of interviews through appropriate channels and recording feedback

Responsible for planning and maintaining pipeline and have succession planning for critical roles to ensure business continuity.

Develop monthly/quarterly/annual recruitment reports for performance reviews and analysis
Tool Process and Database Management

Ensure the recruitment process and tool compliance are strictly adhered to as per policy

Responsible for timely release of Internal Job Posting Job adverts and maintaining records of applications

Upload all applications sourced CVs interview feedback on the tool as part of closure of a position

Collate relevant data and supporting documents to enable make an appropriate offer to the candidate

Responsible to formulate a suitable offer in terms of salary fitment and other benefits

Generate offer letter for candidates selected for appointment.

Responsible to schedule joining date so that a common induction program can be conducted for multiple candidates joining in a period.
Onboarding
Responsible for onboarding of selected candidates.
Accountable for documentation collection of copies of relevant certificates and documents uploading details of candidate into system and generating employee code
Support HR Team in developing employee personnel file
Collaborate with HR team for organizing an effective induction programme.
Expat Hiring and Onboarding
Responsible for administering assessments and scheduling interviews with key stakeholders through appropriate channel
Collection of relevant documents (Copy of Passport) prior to sharing the offer of employment to the selected candidate
Ensure the terms of employment salary and its crediting other benefits are clearly communicated to the prospective candidate and included in the offer of employment
Accountable for Back ground check prior to onboarding
Accountable for processing of Employment Visa with Indian Embassy
Ensure a costeffective travel plan for the expat to relocate to India and communicate the same to the selected candidate
Responsible obtaining Residential Permit in India from Foreign Residents Registration Office (FRRO) and PAN Card
Ensure support to the expat in applying and obtaining the necessary permits through guiding and providing relevant documents
Collaborate with Administration team to support with housing and other requirements to settle in India
Referral Account Management
Responsible for managing referral accounts of schools and HQ
Maintain records of all hires through the employee reference channel across schools and HQ
Accountable for payout of referral incentive to employees as per the policy
Accountable for generating monthly/quarterly/annual reports of referral and referral payouts at schools and HQ
Background Verification (BGV)
Accountable for pre and post joining background verifications as per policy
Ensure all onboardings happen post court record checks only
Responsible for filing of BGV reports of respective candidates
Accountable for generating monthly/quarterly/annual reports of BGV at HQ
Responsible for validating vendor bills and payment accordingly.
Vendor Management
Responsible for building vendor network for procuring staffing services
Responsible for obtaining quotes negotiating contracts in terms of price turnaround time quality of resource and entering into contracts for services with vendors
Accountable for effective usage of vendor network to hire quality workforce

Personal Specifications Skills Knowledge and Experience
Educated to PostGraduation MBA preferred
Experience in hiring academic and nonacademic positions
Knowledge
Indepth knowledge and understanding of:
Educations vision mission values and strategy
Premium Schools business model
Proficient with social media platforms
Knowledge of application tracking systems
Experience
Experience in effective hiring and onboarding
Experience of working with Premium Schools
Experience of achieving results by working with senior leaders of organisations
