Job Description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30am until 12:30pm AED time.

Responsibilities:

1. Recalls and Reminders outbound calls only

2. Healthlink updating on systems

3. My Medicare Registrations

4. Hot Doc Sidebar New Patient Forms

5. Bulk Importing

6. Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff

7. Manage email correspondence and handle administrative paperwork

8. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy laws

9. Perform other administrative duties as required by the healthcare practice

10. Working on Care Plan Cubiko Data

11. Helping create promotions through Hot Doc

Requirements:

Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role.
Knowledge of medical terminology procedures and billing practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management or a related field is a plus.
