Strategic HR Management.
a. Develop and Execute HR Strategies aligned with business objectives.
b. Partner with senior leadership to drive Organizational change and business growth.

e. Be a HandsOn Leader Lead by doing whether its solving employee concerns refining policies supporting hiring strategies advising EVP/Management or senior stakeholders.

h. Build something new Lead projects to create or refine HR frameworks for endtoend employee life cycle in collaboration with EVP HR and Senior stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce planning: Oversee endtoend recruitment onboarding and retention strategies for leadership and critical roles across the board Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce requirements. Build an HR team that delivers excellence. Employee Engagement and Retention: Lead employee engagement programs to foster a positive workforce environment. Develop Initiatives to reduce attrition and boost employee satisfaction.
Performance Management: Drive the implementation of performance appraisal system across board and provide guidance on KPI s coaching and employee development plans.
Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure HR policies process policies manual and so on are uptodate and compliant with labor laws. Handle and manage grievances and disciplinary processes in collaboration with respective stakeholders and relevant vendor/associate partners. Team Management: Work with the existing team on creating and building a robust HR team in coordination with EVP HR review and hire the resources if required. Work with the Training Manager to assist guide and support the development of the training department. Develop succession planning frameworks for roles across the board and the HR team. Be the successor to EVP HR. Lead the HR and Training team to work on strategies programs and processes that will prepare the HR team and our people for the future.
Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive compensation packages to attract and retain talent. Manage payroll benefit administration and reward frameworks with respective departments/functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with various departments to understand the needs and develop customized solutions. Your ability to listen and understand will be key to building strong collaborative relationships.
Collaborate with vendors/service providers industry experts and professional bodies to leverage external resources and expertise. Manage the HR budget including vendor selection negotiation and contract management.
Stay ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends best practices emerging technologies and innovative training techniques. Your enthusiasm for learning will help us bring fresh cuttingedge ideas to foster an environment of success collaboration and creativity.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to the HR industry and incorporate to stay compliant as necessary.
Refining existing systems and processes and setting up dashboard and metrics as required including but not limited to preparing and tracking the annual HR Budget and training budget; creating and maintaining dashboard that provide realtime insights to key HR metrics and Organizational performance across all areas of HR and training.
HR MIS report and Dashboard: Create track and publish key HR Metrics on a monthly basis to EVP HR and present the quarterly update to the board leadership and management. Recommend datadriven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate in any stream plus a diploma/degree in Human Resources Generalist is a Must. MBA in Human Resources (Preferable) Welcome to the future of Accounting!
10 years of handson experience is a must including more than 6 plus years in a managerial role.

Professional certification such as SHRMSCP Strategy PHR or equivalent HR certification (Preferable)

Responsibilities: To collaborate closely with respective stakeholders across the organization: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the company.
