Location: Bangalore(Near to Brookefield only)
Notice Period: Immediate 20 Days
Interview mode: 1st Video conference 2nd Inperson/Video
4 Days WFO & 1 Day WFH.
Job Description:
This role is a part of RF360 Enterprise Apps portfolio. Enterprise Apps portfolio is an umbrella program that focusses on SAP and interconnected NonSAP solutions. The core of the Enterprise Apps portfolio is SAP ECC landscape that caters to end to end Business transactions together with NonSAP pack of applications that enhance various business process across Finance Purchase Sales cycles and Logistics.
A Deep Dive into The Role
SAP BASIS Administrator provides technical support including establishing standards and requirements evaluating and directing enhancements and implementing solutions for performance monitoring and systems configuration design and implementation.
Min Qualifications:
- 810years of practical experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator
- Analytical thinking and approach to questions and tasks
- Fluent in English
- In addition team spirit and reliability as well as service orientation towards customers
- Strong Industry and Functional expertise with configuration and design experience on SAP
- Experience in business engagement and senior Stakeholder management.
- Ability to organize team and resolve critical situations or complex requirements.
- Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage SAP projects & support (Ticketing tool monitoring tools Demand/Capacity management tools Monitoring tools and automation)
- Ability to work within a fastpaced high pressure dynamic environment
- Should be able to influence decisionmaking and able to drive project delivery.
- Experience architecting large (international) SAP Solutions or implementations and build innovative solutions onpremise and on cloud infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Should have strong knowledge in SAP Basis.
- Work with IT and business compliance teams to setup Manage Monitor SAP Systems.
- Must have handled or aware of TMS Transport Management System configuration and knowledge on Routes.
- Knowledge on Release Management
- Manage and Support SAP Technical Infrastructure components that run on ABAP and/or JAVA stacks.
- Responsible for Performance Tuning/Installations/Document
- Knowledge of configuration testing and implementation of ERP S/4 HANA and/or Embedded Analytics with Fiori BW for HANA.
- Participated in full cycle global SAP implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be a constructive challenger/assertive.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business technical and external consulting teams
