Responsible for training and coaching customer service representatives on proper pronunciation intonation and accent modulation to ensure clear and professional communication with clients while also overseeing a team of trainers and monitoring their performance in achieving desired accent standards within the companys voice process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent
- Strong understanding of phonetics and accent variations
- Proven experience in voice and accent training preferably within a customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and provide feedback
- Ability to analyze data and identify training needs
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of trainers
