Position Summary
As the HR Manager you will be a strategic partner in building LG Sonic s workforce by leading recruitment efforts and managing all facets of human resources. This includes recruitment employee engagement performance management training and ensuring compliance with HR standards. You will also oversee the effective use of the Zoho HR platform to optimize HR operations manage employee data and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Lead fullcycle recruitment for all roles including developing job descriptions posting vacancies sourcing candidates conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage and track recruitment workflows using the Zoho HR platform to ensure a seamless and efficient process.
- Build a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.
- Implement best practices in recruitment to enhance the candidate experience and strengthen the company s employer brand.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Design and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale retention and productivity.
Performance Management and Development:
- Oversee performance review processes providing guidance to managers on setting goals and giving feedback.
- Identify training and development needs and implement programs to upskill employees.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations staying up to date with any changes.
- Develop review and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal and organizational standards.
HR Operations and Reporting:
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with GDPR and other regulations using Zoho HR systems.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support leadership in datadriven decisionmaking.
- Leverage Zoho tools for onboarding leave management performance tracking and employee engagement.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive organizational change and culturebuilding initiatives that reflect the company s values and mission.

Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR management with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Indepth knowledge of Dutch labor laws regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Handson experience with Zoho HR systems or similar HR software is highly desirable.
- Excellent problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting.
- Fluent in English and Dutch is an advantage(written and spoken).
