Job Description
As a Business Development Representative you will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying engaging and qualifying prospective clients. You will proactively book appointments convert inbound leads into opportunities and execute outbound strategies to build strong relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and increasing revenue opportunities.

Your Daily Tasks
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for Account Executives.
- Understand and align lead needs with relevant digital marketing solutions.
- Nurture and engage existing leads fostering strong relationships.
- Communicate value propositions effectively to generate interest.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls emails and social media.
- Identify decisionmakers and qualify leads for the sales team.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Experience: 35 years in Business Development Sales or BDR roles with digital marketing experience highly valued.
- Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency capable of persuasive and clear communication.
- CustomerCentric Approach: Ability to understand and address prospect needs effectively.
- ResultsDriven Mindset: A proven track record of exceeding targets in appointment booking and lead generation.
- TechSavvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) sales tools and prospecting technologies.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work US hours and balance inbound and outbound tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in digital marketing or knowledge of digital marketing products and services.
