Your new role

This is a fulltime hybrid role as a (Senior) Manager M&A at Ramboll Management Consulting in the Copenhagen Metropolitan Area London and Germany with flexibility for remote work. The role involves overseeing mergers and acquisitions activities conducting commercial due diligence developing integration plans and ensuring legal compliance. The Manager M&A will collaborate with crossfunctional teams within our Ramboll ecosystem integrating technical engineering expertise across our core sectors (e.g. Energy Transportation Infrastructure) as well as environmental insights. In doing so the Manager will drive successful transactions to create value for clients.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Leading M&A advisory projects with a focus on sustainability and the Green Transition
• Conducting commercial due diligence and assessing financial and strategic risks
• Developing and executing integration plans for successful postmerger transitions
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including engineers financial experts and environmental specialists
• Providing strategic guidance to clients on value creation opportunities in M&A transactions

• Experience in toptier strategy consulting investment banking or private equity
• Proven track record in M&A advisory and deep sector expertise related to the Green Transition
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct due diligence and assess commercial risks
• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment
• Masters degree in Law Business Administration or a related field
