We are looking for a dedicated Business Intelligence Lead to join our team in Bucharest Romania!
The Business Intelligence Lead will be responsible for driving actionable insights to support sales strategy and business planning. This role will oversee market research competitive analysis and client insights ensuring datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Excellence the Business Intelligence Lead will be a key contributor in identifying growth opportunities optimizing sales efforts and positioning the company as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business intelligence function ensuring accurate and timely market research competitive analysis and strategic insights.
- Conduct indepth analysis of market trends regulatory landscapes and customer behavior in key strategic markets.
- Benchmark competitors by performing product comparisons and identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Generate clientspecific insights and deep dives to support sales pitches and strategic discussions.
- Design and implement BI dashboards reports and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) to provide realtime insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Product and Leadership teams to align BI outputs with strategic business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all business intelligence deliverables.
- Provide strategic recommendations on market opportunities competitive positioning and emerging trends.
- Align business intelligence insights with sales and leadership priorities to drive revenue growth.
- Produce high quality data driven white papers together with Marketing to establish the company as a market leader
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Data Science or a related field.
- Certifications in BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau SQL or equivalent) are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence market research or analytics
- Experience in iGaming B2B SaaS or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of market research methodologies competitor analysis and client behavior analytics.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI Tableau SQL or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic recommendations.
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills to create impactful reports.
- Ability to lead projects or small teams ensuring accurate delivery of BI outputs.
