Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endtoend Salesforce implementation projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
- Work with key stakeholders including business analysts developers and external vendors to define project scope requirements and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation risk management and communication strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and standards.
- Oversee testing and deployment processes to ensure smooth implementation of Salesforce functionality.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues or obstacles that may impact project success.
- Ensure effective communication across teams and with stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and Salesforce methodologies.
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments during the project lifecycle.
- Provide postimplementation support and help with system enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
- PMP Scrum Master or other project management certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce platforms.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams and largescale projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to manage and mitigate risks.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Project management tools (Jira Asana MS Project etc.)
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Vendor management experience.
- Risk management and issue resolution skills.
- Stakeholder management and engagement.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
