Job Description
Job Title: Associate Consultant Strategic Decision Support (Finance)
Position Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Position Type: Associate Consultant Strategic Decision Support
Program: NonClinical
Health Care System: University of Pennsylvania Health System
Entity: Penn Medicine Corporate
Work Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Salary: $22 per hour
Location: 3600 Civic Center Boulevard Philadelphia PA 19104
Remote Option: Yes with 68 onsite days per year (Candidates preferred from PA NJ DE MD)
Responsibilities:
Consultation: Answer team and client inquiries addressing analytics and related issues with clarity.
Insight Generation: Identify data integrity and analysis challenges ensuring accurate assumptions and data sources.
Problem Solving: Dissect complex problems extract insights and analyze key facts.
ResultsOriented Approach: Execute work plans effectively meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Actively contribute listen openly and support team objectives.
Communication: Deliver clear wellstructured written communications with actionable insights. Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy reliability and completeness in all work outputs.
Continuous Improvement: Engage in learning opportunities and leverage tools technology and analytics for enhanced performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance or related field.
Experience: 1 year working with large complex data sets.
Additional Information: Position may require employment through a third party for candidates outside PA NJ DE and MD. and nbsp;
