This role focuses on designing and formatting corporate documents to ensure a clean professional presentation while maintaining brand compliance. The successful candidate will work under tight deadlines to convert various text sources into branded formats suitable for both print and digital distribution. Responsibilities:
Design and format corporate documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Convert text into branded layouts suitable for print and digital distribution.
Ensure all documents align with company brand guidelines and visual standards.
Collaborate with team members to gather content and ensure accuracy.
Manage document revision and approval processes ensuring all updates are accurate.
Work under tight deadlines to produce materials for national distribution.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.0.
Attend client meetings to provide guidance on document design and structure.
Maintain and organize digital files and archives of created documents.
What you will need to succeed:
Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design Desktop Publishing or a related field.
2 years of experience in desktop publishing or a similar role preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for layout and design within corporate branding guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to document workflows and revisions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
