Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for clients delivering toptier support and ensuring seamless user experiences. You ll troubleshoot technical issues guide users through the platform and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges. Strong communication problemsolving skills and SaaS support experience are essential in this fastpaced role.

Job Overview

Employment Type: FullTime
Shift: Day Shift (10 AM 6 PM MK Time)
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home

Your Daily Tasks
  • Work closely with clients to identify investigate escalate and resolve their inquiries.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by providing clear guidance and expert advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize workload to meet customer and business needs.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance team processes and improve service efficiency.
  • Deliver worldclass customer support while ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel is an advantage.
  • A curious mindset with a strong sense of empathy.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to collaborate across multiple teams to improve customer experience.
  • Ability to advocate for the customer and provide insightful feedback for service improvements.
