An Employer of Record (EOR) service provider that supports companies operating in Africa with outsourced employment solutions is recruiting for a Key Accounts Manager.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts ensuring their EOR needs are met and all the client employee s are looked after.
- EOR Service Delivery & Compliance: Work closely with HR legal and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding payroll processing and compliance for client employees.
- Payroll & Financial Oversight: Coordinate with the payroll teams any and all monthly payroll processes ensuring accuracy in salary payments tax deductions and benefits administration.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide clients with regular reports and insights on payroll compliance and workforce management.
Track and analyze client satisfaction and employee experience to continuously improve service delivery.
Stay updated on local labour laws tax policies and industry trends affecting EOR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in client management HR operations payroll or EOR services.
- Strong understanding of employment regulations tax laws and payroll processing in Africa.
- Experience working with multinational clients NGOs or mining engineering and energy sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel HRIS systems payroll software and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and French is highly desirable.
