Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Responsibilities
- Zoho Customization & Development: Customize and develop solutions within Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM Zoho One Zoho Creator Zoho Books and Zoho Desk.
- Workflow Automation: Design develop and implement automated workflows scripts and custom functions to enhance efficiency.
- Integration & API Development: Integrate Zoho with thirdparty applications (e.g. WhatsApp payment gateways and HR systems) using Zoho Deluge scripting and APIs.
- Data Management & Reporting: Develop custom dashboards reports and analytics within Zoho Analytics to track business performance.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical support troubleshoot issues and train employees on Zoho applications.
- System Optimization: Ensure optimal performance of Zoho applications and recommend improvements.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain system security and ensure data compliance according to company policies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience as a Zoho Developer or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Zoho Creator Zoho CRM Zoho Desk and Zoho Books.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and workflow automation.
- Experience with Zoho API integration and thirdparty tools.
- Knowledge of HTML JavaScript REST APIs and SQL is a plus.
- Proficiency in Zoho Creator Zoho CRM Zoho Desk and Zoho Books.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to diagnose and resolve Zohorelated issues efficiently.
- Project Management: Experience in managing Zoho projects from planning to execution.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience working with servicebased businesses or startups.
