Overview:
Windows Stein a prominent manufacturer of UPVC windows and doors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive (Field Sales) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales managing client relationships and driving growth for the company in the field targeting both B2B and B2C customers. This role requires strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a competitive customerfacing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in both residential and commercial markets for uPVC windows and doors.
- Generate leads create sales pitches and close sales with clients ensuring targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders including architects contractors developers and direct customers.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs provide product recommendations and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries concerns and product specifications.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on insights from the market and customers.
Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:
- Stay updated on the companys product offerings and market trends ensuring that you can provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations showcase samples and provide technical support to potential customers.
Sales Presentations & Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- Customize offers based on the specific requirements of clients ensuring that the proposed solutions meet their needs.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Submit regular reports to management including sales performance market insights and feedback on client interactions.
Negotiation & Closing Sales:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts with clients to secure deals.
- Close sales in a timely and effective manner ensuring customer satisfaction and longterm business relationships.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with the marketing customer service and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Communicate any clientspecific requirements to the production team to ensure product specifications are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
A bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 10 years of field sales experience preferably in the construction building materials or uPVC windows/doors industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Sales Skills:
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and a customerfocused approach.
- Ability to present products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Tamil is a plus).
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients contractors and internal teams.
Technical Knowledge:
- A good understanding of uPVC windows and doors products or related building materials is an advantage.
- Ability to learn about technical specifications and provide appropriate solutions to clients.

- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to address client concerns and provide creative solutions to overcome objections.
SelfMotivated & GoalOriented:
- Strong drive to achieve sales goals and targets with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel within the assigned region to meet clients and attend site visits.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends when necessary to meet clients.
- A valid drivers license and own transportation are preferred.
