Position: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Edison NJ (Remote)
Job Description
- Handson design development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset Service Catalog
- Experience in data upload and configuration in CMDB and other ITSM modules
- Handson experience on Service Portal
- Good understanding of ServiceNow customization custom development of forms fields and workflow
- ServiceNow certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Implementation
- Can create custom business rules client scripts script includes UI policies ACLs data policies UI scripts
- Can troubleshoot basic configuration script issues
- Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using Rest SOAP email MID Server etc
- Can demonstrate a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services
- Exhibits punctual and attentive attendance at all project meetings including requirements review and validation sessions SCRUM ceremonies
- Utilizes strong communication presentation and writing skills
- Knowledge in the development of custom modules preferred
- Good understanding of ITIL v3v4 processes
