An exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK largest gyms brand new gym opening this year. This fitness job in Bermondsey is the perfect opportunity for a sales professional to join a newly opened gym! This fitness opportunity in Bermondsey is for a leading franchise gym chain as they embark on their journey into the world of gyms and look to open their first of many clubs.

As a Membership Advisoryou will be in charge of leading the day to day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.
Daily Duties
- Managing a team of Membership Advisors
- Dealing with membership enquiries via phone email and face to face ensuring a high standard of member experience providing precise information to prospective members
- Conducting tours and gym inductions
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
- Support and work with marketing strategies KPIs and initiatives throughout the club
- Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
- Be front facing for any member enquires
- Day to day running of the gym including daily resetting the gym floor cleaning gym equipment and gym safety checks
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales preferably in the fitness or health industry
- Level 2 Gym Instructor (preferred but not essential)
- Experience within managing a team
