About the area
Inter IKEA Group is organised in three core businesses Range Supply and Retail Concept and five enabling functions.Together we contribute to the success of IKEA andshare responsibility for the franchise offer.
The enabling functions lead key common activities in networks across Inter IKEA Group as well as cover specific needs for the core businesses. The five Enabling functions are Operations Management Business Performance & Support Communication Sustainability and People & Culture.
About the job
Operations Management works together with operations teams across Inter IKEA to lead and develop the overall IKEA operating model and to enable strategic movements towards IKEA goals. It includes teams for business insights capability and process development strategy and roadmap data and product and technology and platforms.
The Test Enablement Platform team leads the capability of software testing with methods and tools across Inter IKEA. We enable teams with knowledge best practices and technical support needed to implement software testing in an impactful manner.
As Platform Leader you will be helping set the direction for our Test Enablement Platform to support development teams across Inter IKEA. You will be the bridge between our test enablement platform team and the rest of Inter IKEA.
You will be responsible for prioritising what is in our backlog and gathering stakeholder requirements.

This role is fulltime (40hours per week) and based in Malm Sweden. This role sits in the Technology and Platform area and reports to the Platform Manager Test Enablement.
