Job Description
- Lead and manage multiple projects within the Finance and Accounting Department ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee and support SAP implementation and other financial process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a document repository framework and file structure ensuring document control and structural integrity.
- Assist in the development of unified process and controls documentation ensuring all key documents processes and flowcharts adhere to company policies.
- Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and proactively resolve project roadblocks.
- Act as a team player working closely with team members to ensure project success and contribute to the department s overall efficiency.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management effectively.
Requirements
- Agile/Scrum Expertise: Strong understanding and experience in Agile project management methodologies.
- Finance & Accounting Project Management: Experience managing projects related to finance accounting or ERP system implementations (SAP preferred).
- Documentation Controls: Proven track record in establishing and maintaining structured documentation standards.
- Timely Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and deliver results within deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field (PMP CSM or PMIACP certification preferred).
- Experience: 5 years of project management experience in financial software ERP implementations or finance process improvements.
- Skills: Strong organizational communication and leadership skills with a collaborative teamoriented mindset.
Shift Timings:
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST)
