Lead and manage multiple projects within the Finance and Accounting Department ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee and support SAP implementation and other financial process improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain a document repository framework and file structure ensuring document control and structural integrity.
Assist in the development of unified process and controls documentation ensuring all key documents processes and flowcharts adhere to company policies.
Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and proactively resolve project roadblocks.
Act as a team player working closely with team members to ensure project success and contribute to the department s overall efficiency.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management effectively.
Requirements
Agile/Scrum Expertise: Strong understanding and experience in Agile project management methodologies.
Finance & Accounting Project Management: Experience managing projects related to finance accounting or ERP system implementations (SAP preferred).
Documentation Controls: Proven track record in establishing and maintaining structured documentation standards.
Timely Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and deliver results within deadlines.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field (PMP CSM or PMIACP certification preferred).
Experience: 5 years of project management experience in financial software ERP implementations or finance process improvements.
Skills: Strong organizational communication and leadership skills with a collaborative teamoriented mindset.
