Be part of our client s team as an Application Support Analyst where youll provide technical and functional support to stakeholders troubleshoot application issues and ensure smooth operations. Youll play a crucial role in maintaining secure financial transactions while developing your skills in a fastpaced innovative environment.


Your Career at a Glance

Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Monday Friday 6:45 AM 3:45 PM
Work Setup: Onsite Quezon City


Your Mission: Keep Payments Safe & Systems Running Smoothly

  • Provide technical and functional support to stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain ticket queues ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Identify troubleshoot and resolve applicationrelated technical issues.
  • Clearly explain complex IT concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Deliver topnotch customer service in the field of application support.
  • Respond to supplier and requestor queries as a primary responsibility.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for various tasks.
  • Conduct testing and issue recreation as part of troubleshooting.
  • Support users via email and phone interactions.
  • Apply troubleshooting skills to ensure seamless application performance.
  • Utilize Excel scripting Macros Zendesk and OTRS (a plus).


Requirements

What It Takes to Excel in This Role

  • 1 3 years of technical experience
  • Preferably has an educational background or formal training in IT Computer Studies or Information Systems
  • Open to fresh graduates or junior analysts with 1 3 years of experience in Application Support
  • Must have knowledge of systems applications and software
  • Must be knowledgeable in the use of MS Office applications
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have critical thinking skills listening ability and patience
  • Must have an understanding of customer service in the field of Application Support
  • Must have troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Excel scripting Macros and Zendesk is a plus
