Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time
Paid Hours per Week: 2025 hours per week

Conduct professional outbound calls to potential business clients presenting our commercial cleaning services with confidence and enthusiasm

Identify and qualify promising business opportunities through strategic conversation and needs assessment

Maintain detailed records of all interactions within the CRM system ensuring accurate lead tracking and followup

Schedule appointments and create opportunities for the sales team
.
Research and build targeted prospect lists
.
Achieve monthly lead generation targets while maintaining highquality standards
.
Provide regular updates on campaign progress and lead status
.
Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone manner
.
Previous experience in cold calling telemarketing or lead generation preferred
.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills

Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
