Job Description
- In our new agile landscape we are looking for solution architects who can support our digital transformation
- The candidate we are looking for has a passion for architecture
- On a daily basis you will join our agile teams to support them by delivering solutions in support of our stakeholders
- The ideal architect can work with the legacy that we already have and bring innovative ideas to transform and improve our systems
- Willingness to work with a big organization and handle the challenges that come with the multiple structures is key for the ideal candidate
- We are also looking to combine the function with the DCitO role in the architecture team
- The role will fulfill the functional and technical demands from a Data Governance perspective when solutioning
- This profile plays a crucial role in driving Data Governance Services (Data Quality Issue Management Data Access Data Catalog Administration and Maintenance) across all platforms
- The expectation is that the profile must have the knowledge and ability to understand data needs the appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data and have proficiency in documenting administrative and operational procedures on managing data
- The DCitO role is not an obligation but would be a nice add on if we would have someone with an affinity to do this.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of multidisciplined IT experience (dev analysis ...)
- 45 years of Solution Architecture responsibilities in large sophisticated organization with high volume/high transaction environment
- Knowledge of cloud platforms
- Able to design architectures and frameworks
- Be able to document and address organizations data structure solution architecture and systems requirements throughout the full life cycle.
- Archimate designs
- Experience with mobile apps and websites.
- Broad proven business knowledge
- Previous experience with organizations that use mainframes (no in depth mainframe knowledge required but awareness of the ins and outs)
- Experience with advanced technologies such as machine learning data mining text mining deep learning natural language processing ( preferable)
Business Experience:
- GDPR ( mandatory)
- PSD2 ( preferable)
- Private loan/leasing business experience( preferable)
- Card payments( preferable)
- CRM( preferable)
- Accounting( preferable)
Soft Skills:
- Ability to be a liaison between business management IT and other stakeholders
- Be able to identify and prioritize critical business functions in collaboration with organizational stakeholders
- Be an excellent communicator and have excellent listening skills.
- Ability to manage teleworking and you can make contact with different stakeholders once they have been identified
- Team player
- Quick selfstarter proactive attitude
- Good Communication and influencing skills
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
