Rituals is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for payroll management in Sweden while also driving global and local HR initiatives. In this role you will manage inhouse payroll with a strong focus on the Swedish market. You will play a key role in handling administrative processes and supporting our managers with payroll and HRrelated inquiries.

At Rituals we work closely with the business meaning this role requires strong accountability structure and the ability to prioritize effectively. We use the global HR system Workday and manage payroll through GlobalView.


Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Payroll Specialist you will:

  • Manage employment contracts payroll administration and reporting to authorities and management.
  • Process payroll for over 800 employees ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Oversee the payroll process for the Swedish market.
  • Handle and correct payrollrelated matters including sick leave vacation company cars and travel expenses.
  • Provide firstline payroll support to employees and managers across the organization.

 

Key Qualifications

  • 24 years of inhouse payroll experience managing payroll from start to finish.
  • Experience with Swedish payroll in a global company (meritorious).
  • Postsecondary education in payroll or a related field.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Strong system proficiency with experience in Workday and GlobalView/SAP being an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with retail industry agreements (meritorious).
