Why This Role Matters
The Key Connectors team is at the heart of Funnels successwithout them Funnel wouldnt be able to deliver the value our customers rely on!
The Key Connectors are responsible for pulling data from our highest throughput marketing platforms into Funnel making it accessible for analysis and enhancement. They work closely with our customers to understand their needs and continuously improve our product. The team also collaborates with teams across design product and technical support where they play a key role in addressing technical product inquiries and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
About the Engineering Team & Your Role
Our teams have clear ownership of their product areas making daily decisions in close collaboration both within and across teams within and across departments as well as with stakeholders. We work in small iterative cycles experimenting learning and updating the product multiple times a day.
The Key Connectors team focuses on seamlessly fetching marketing data from our highest volume and visibility sources like Meta and Google. We unify this data to ensure its readily accessible and actionable for marketers through the Funnel DataHub dashboard. With so many customers connected to these key connectors we focus on robust scalable designs.
At Funnel our engineers handle everything from designing system architecture to implementation deploying and monitoring our services. We put our customers first and always strive to design products that address their needs and go above and beyond.
Skills & Experience Were Looking For
5 years of working experience as a software developer.
Enjoy programming in Python.
Handson experience building API integrations between different platforms to ensure smooth data flow and functionality.
Enjoy optimizing pipelines anomaly investigation and optimizing resource allocation.
Experience working with agile methodologies and teambased workflows. Youre comfortable collaborating with fellow engineers adapting to change and keeping initiatives moving smoothly to completion.
Experience in improving engineering practices and processes.
Experience steering projects with many stakeholders.
Familiar with testdriven development and writing clean testable code to create reliable highquality software.
An overall strong communicator and fluent English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Infrastructure as Code in AWS.
Excitement about Rust
Familiarity with JavaScript/Typescript
Integration and Regression Testing expertise
DevOps experience
