About the Role
Were seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Office Manager to be the cornerstone of our office operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves being the goto person for everything from greeting visitors with a warm smile to ensuring our supplies and spaces are always on point. This parttime Office Manager role offers a flexible schedule perfect for balancing work and personal life. Join a supportive team in a professional accommodating environment where your contributions matter.

What Youll Do

  • People Responsibilities: Welcome visitors manage the front desk route calls and maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for all employees and guests. Youll spend 50% of your time on this key responsibility.
  • Administrative Support: Handle mail manage inventory assist the executive team with administrative tasks and support sales efforts with research and LinkedIn outreach. Youll spend 35% of your time on this responsibility.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings prepare conference rooms coordinate catering and ensure events run flawlessly. Youll spend 5% of your time on this responsibility.
  • Supply & Equipment Management: Track and order office and kitchen supplies oversee equipment maintenance and keep the workplace running smoothly. Youll spend 10% of your time on this responsibility.
