Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated international customer service professionals in the hospitality sector to join our dynamic multicultural team. - You have great communication skills and you would be happy to support customers with reservations and flight changes in a polite and professional manner
- You have great command of Italian and English language

Qualifications :

- Provide extensive care to customers and resolving their queries
- Provide advise on the flights availability and packages
- Expanding our network of loyal customers
- Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a can do attitude
- It helps if you are hardworking flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality
- Having previous experience in travel agency airline reservations or similar role will be considered as an advantage
