Laboratory Assistant Technical Assistant mfd Bioassay Department

• Perform routine assays to determine the biological activity of biopharmaceuticals under GMP (including cell culture techniques performing e.g. proliferation apoptosis FACS ADCC and luciferase assays as well as ELISAs and SPR/Biacore assays).
• Perform assays to characterize the biological activity of biosimilars.
• Participation in the establishment and optimization of new bioassays 
• Participation in method validations and method transfers
• Work and documentation under GMPcompliant conditions

Qualifications :

• Completed training as a BTA/MTA/CTA/biology lab technician or comparable
• Experience in the field of mammalian cell culture as well as in handling multichannel pipettes and working in 96 well format is an advantage
• Computer skills as well as communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
• GLP/GMP experience is an advantage
