About WebMob Technologies
At WebMob Technologies we’re building MyTelfon.com (VoIP & Communication SaaS) HireOQuick.com (AIPowered Hiring Platform) and delivering cuttingedge software solutions for global clients. With a team of 130 professionals we’re scaling fast and we need someone who can match that energy.
Your Role: Founder’s Right Hand
1. DaytoDay Planning & Execution
- Manage the Founder’s schedule meetings and travel (domestic & international).
- Track projects deadlines and key initiatives.
- Organize reports presentations and insights for business strategy meetings.
2. Operations & Product Involvement
- Work closely with teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Participate in product discussions and market expansion plans.
3. Finance & Business Planning Exposure
- Assist in managing company finances and optimizing spending.
- Learn international finance taxes and growth strategies.
4. International Business & Global Expansion
- Support business expansion across the U.S. Europe and MENA.
- Handle global partnerships and market research.
- Open to international travel (Preferred: B1/B2 U.S. Visa).
5. Team & Leadership Collaboration
- Work with the Founder CXOs and senior leadership.
- Participate in hiring team planning and strategic meetings.
Who You Are (Ideal Candidate)
- Fresh Graduate (02 years experience) – Business Engineering or any field.
- Highly Organized & DetailOriented – Can multitask effectively.
- Fast Learner & ProblemSolver – Takes initiative and gets things done.
- Great Communicator – Comfortable handling global teams and clients.
- Tech & BusinessSavvy – Passionate about startups SaaS AI and finance.
- Open to Travel – International business exposure preferred.
