Job Description
Role:
For Tax Invoicing you will be the change management facilitator and contact person for the markets i.e. being the link between the global Tax Invoicing team and receiving stakeholders/end users. You will be working with change management implementing Tax Invoicing changes conducting business support communication and training.
Accountable for securing that the deliverables at Tax Invoicing for online paid orders function as expected before they are rolled out to the markets.
Essential requirements:
Strong communication written and verbal and coordination skills to work with crossfunctional teams and on multiple activities at the same time. Handson experience in change management for projects and implementations. Understanding of local country organizations and business. Stakeholder management experience. Ability of agile working and continuous improvement within the software engineering function encouraging simplicity efficiency ownership and accountability. Genuine experience of working with Confluence and JIRA
