This is a remote position.
The client is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Content and Communications Specialist to handle a variety of writing marketing communication and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. Responsibilities include creating compelling content maintaining internal and external communications assisting with marketing strategies and supporting operational processes.
Paid Hours per Week: 20 Hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM to 1PM Canada Time (10PM to 2AM Manila Time) or Monday to Friday 10AM to 2PM Canada Time (11PM to 3AM Manila Time)
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media and Marketing
- Manage LinkedIn posts: draft schedule and ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Assist in creating and distributing newsletters ensuring engaging and targeted content.
- Develop promotional copy for social media and email campaigns.
Website Content
- Write and refine website copy to improve readability and engagement.
- Maintain a blog with relevant updates and SEOfriendly content to drive website traffic.
- Create content to boost brand visibility and online presence.
Client/Prospect Communication
- Draft and edit professional emails for clients leads and business partners.
- Support communication strategy development to enhance client engagement.
Proofreading/Editing
- Edit and finalize meeting minutes with exceptional attention to detail.
- Review internal documents to maintain highquality standards.
SOP Documentation
- Write clear and detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for workflows.
- Create training documents for internal team use.
Internal Communication
- Draft and distribute internal announcements memos and updates.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with company goals in all internal communications.
Research and Summaries
- Conduct research on marketing strategies industry trends and competitors.
- Organize findings into actionable reports to guide business decisions.
Prepare Articles
- Draft articles for condo association publications showcasing industry expertise.
- Maintain a professional tone and high standard of writing.
Events
- Research and schedule exhibitor events and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely registration.
Training Materials
- Learn company processes to assist in creating training materials.
- Develop clear and comprehensive training documents for new team members.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems.
- Previous experience in marketing communications or content creation preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading and editing.
