In this role you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in warehouse operations utilizing your knowledge of inventory management and logistics. As a Warehouse Specialist your responsibilities will include efficiently organizing and maintaining stock managing incoming and outgoing shipments and ensuring timely delivery. By supporting the team in optimizing warehouse processes you will contribute to the overall success and effectiveness of our operations in handling & distributing goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading/unloading of goods: Efficiently handle the loading and unloading of merchandise ensuring proper handling and timely execution.
- Physical and logistical receipt of merchandise: Receive and process incoming goods physically and logistically maintaining accurate records for efficient inventory management.
- Internal movement of stocks from the receiving area to designated positions: Organize and move stocks within the warehouse ensuring proper placement and accessibility.
- Order fulfillment (picking): Execute order picking tasks accurately contributing to the timely and precise fulfillment of customer orders.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse: Oversee daily warehouse activities to guarantee a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Inventory counting and verification: Conduct regular inventory counts and verification processes to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in a related field.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English).
Programming ability task delegation and multitasking skills.
Advanced problemsolving skills under pressure.
Team spirit.
Eagerness to learn adapt and grow within the role.
Completed military obligations.
