Position: Multilingual Representative

- Outbound sales representative
Contract Details: Fulltime with relocation package included.
Job Description
As a Multilingual Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in various industries. Your main duties will include:
- Communicating with clients in their native language providing accurate and efficient assistance with their inquiries and requests.
- Handling inbound and/or outbound calls emails and chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting clients with travel arrangements car rentals and sales inquiries. (depending on the position you get hired for)
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering a high level of service.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Keeping uptodate with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
Fluency in one or more of the following languages:
- Croatian
- Brazilian
- Portuguese
- European Spanish
- German
- Hebrew
- Dutch
- French
- Italian
- Estonian
- Latvian
- Polish
- Slovenian.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Previous experience in customer service sales or a related field is a plus.
Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to relocate to Greece.
