The Digital Marketing team at Worcester Bosch is at the forefront of driving the Companys online presence and customer engagement. We are a dynamic and innovative team responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness generate leads and support our customers with engaging and informative content.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Youll play a key role in driving our paid media and lead generation strategy across multiple platforms. Youll be responsible for optimising social media advertising PPC YouTube and Performance Max campaigns ensuring we maximise our return on investment and reach the right audiences at the right time.
What youll be doing:
- Planning implementing and optimising paid media campaigns (Meta Google Ads YouTube Performance Max) to drive brand awareness lead generation and conversions.
- Managing budgets effectively ensuring spend is aligned with business goals and campaign performance.
- Analysing data and reporting on campaign performance identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative and highperforming ad content.
- Supporting wider performance marketing initiatives including SEO CRO and affiliate marketing where required.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends emerging platforms and best practices to continuously improve our approach.

Qualifications :
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in paid media management across platforms like Meta Ads Google Ads (PPC YouTube Performance Max).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate insights and make datadriven decisions.
- Familiarity with performance marketing channels beyond paid media such as SEO CRO and affiliate marketing.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for testing learning and optimising.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week standard working pattern of 08:30 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30
16:30 Friday with a 1hour lunch break
