Job Description

Wolt has seen incredible growth in Albania since launching in 2024 and were on the lookout for a passionate Account Manager to join our team. In this role youll play a pivotal part in nurturing relationships with our existing merchant partners (both retail and restaurant) and driving their success on our platform.

What youll be doing:

  • Partnering with the Head of Sales to manage and enhance relationships with merchant partners after theyve been onboarded to Wolt.
  • Proactively consulting with merchant partners providing tailored advice on how to boost their visibility and success on Wolt.
  • Driving revenue growth for merchant partners by enrolling them in marketing campaigns and other initiatives.
  • Monitoring and improving data quality documenting campaign results and sharing insightful reports with partners.
  • Leading venue optimization projects to enhance merchant performance and key metrics.

Qualifications :

  • Experience: 12 years in Sales Account Management or B2B client advisory roles is preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in both Albanian and English with excellent communication skills in both.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong problemsolving skills and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Persistence and drive: You thrive in a targetdriven role take ownership of your work and aim for excellence.
  • Interpersonal skills: You adapt your tone to different audiences clearly communicating the value of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy and precision are second nature to you especially when managing data and documentation.
  • Time management: You excel in managing competing priorities in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Tools proficiency: Experience with data tools like Tableau or Looker and familiarity with Excel is a plus.
  • Drivers License: A valid drivers license is required as the role involves frequent client visits.
