Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Application and Web servers architecture.
- Proficient in installation upgrade patch update fix packs and domains creation.
- Proficient in Problem analysis troubleshooting performance tuning and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in Dynatrace and Splunk tools up to Middleware administration.
- Analyze latest software releases fix packs and address the security vulnerabilities.
- Proficient in driving the issue towards permanent solution.
- Proficient in certificate management on web/app servers.
- Good knowledge in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
- Ready to work 24X7 and ready to take oncall during weekends/holidays.
- Very Good communication skills.
Must have
- Experience in Shell Python and Ansible scripting.
- Knowledge on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS Cloud technologies.
- Knowledge on DevOps tools like GitHub Docker Jenkins Ansible and Kubernetes.
- Supporting escalated tasks/incidents.
- Fair Written & Verbal Communication Skills Experience in Tomcat IIS and Nginx.
Nice To have
- Experience of handling global customer.
- Flexible to work in 24x7.
