Job Description

The Sales Executive Food Ingredients is responsible for developing and expanding the sales of food ingredients across GCC countries. This role requires identifying new business opportunities maintaining relationships with existing clients sourcing highquality food ingredients and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers and customers. The Sales Executive will travel frequently within the region to meet clients explore new markets and drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for food ingredients in the GCC market focusing on various applications and industries.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers including manufacturers distributors and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Travel at least two weeks per month to meet clients explore business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Source food ingredients by identifying reliable suppliers and evaluating product quality pricing and supply capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and payment terms with suppliers and customers to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure efficient procurement and inventory management to meet customer demands.
  • Develop sales forecasts and business growth plans to align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including logistics finance and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management highlighting key performance metrics and market insights.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree (minimum requirement)
  • MBA (preferred)


Additional Information :

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the food ingredients industry
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong technocommercial skills to drive business growth
  • Indepth product knowledge of food ingredients and their applications
  • Ability to identify and cultivate relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in inventory and procurement management to ensure product availability
