Job Description
About your tasks:
- You interpret and visualize A/B test results to enable datadriven decisionmaking
- You work with dashboards to analyze and optimize website performance
- You support the prioritization of A/B tests to focus on the most impactful experiments
- You analyze the customer journey to generate new A/B test hypotheses
- You set up and execute experiments to improve user experience and conversion rates
Qualifications :
About you:
- You are a registered student in a relevant field such as IT Data Analytics Marketing or ECommerce
- You have a strong affinity for data and proficiency in Excel and are passionate about ecommerce with an interest in the development of new web and mobile features
- You are able to work for 20 hours per week and are looking for a student role for at least 1 year
- You speak fluent English
- If you like you can work remotely for the most part but you should be willing to meet with your team colleagues in our Cologne office twice a month
Additional Information :
We pay an hourly wage of 1551 for Bachelor students and 1622 for Master students.
We are looking to fill this role starting from April 1 2025.
