Tasks

• Receive and process customer inquiries on the phone
• Provide information about our services and projects
• Enter and update customer data in databases
• Assisting the team with administrative tasks
• Collecting feedback from customers and forwarding it to management

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage
• Good communication skills and a friendly telephone voice
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
