Job Description
- Conduct practice audits to assess compliance quality and impact of social work services.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance in line with Ofsted standards.
- Work with social workers managers and leadership teams to ensure best practice.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to action plans.
- Ensure policies and procedures align with Ofsted frameworks and local authority objectives.
- Proven experience as a CSSW Practice Auditor or Children s Social Work Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks and requirements.
- Experience working with local councils on social work audits.
- Ability to analyse data report findings and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following - Proven experience as a CSSW Practice Auditor or Children s Social Work Auditor. Strong knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks and requirements. Experience working with local councils on social work audits. Ability to analyse data, report findings, and provide strategic recommendations. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
