LOcation :
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver topline revenue numbers through the Variable Agency Model.
- Recruit train and develop a team of sales officers/agents to achieve business goals.
- Manage and grow the number of active agents/advisors to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive channel profitability and sustainability.
- Achieve renewal targets for the channel and ensure consistent performance.
- Handle a team of advisors providing support and motivation to achieve set targets.
- Drive the growth and development of the Variable Agency Model in the assigned geography.
- Build and scale a highperforming sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Professional Experience & Skills:
- Experience:
- Mandatory: Minimum of 3 years in a team role within the Agency Model of Life Insurance.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams.
- Mandatory: Minimum of 3 years in a team role within the Agency Model of Life Insurance.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Life Insurance market and products.
- Excellent decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English is required.
- Ability to recruit train and motivate sales teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of the Life Insurance market and products.

- Selfmotivated and resultoriented.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with team members and channel partners.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Good communication skills are essential. Must possess a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license.
Education
Must be a graduate from any stream.
