MilDef is looking for a Brand Marketing & Communications Director to drive our marketing initiatives evolve our brand and support our business growth. If you have a passion for strategic communication leadership and brand development this could be the opportunity for you!

Your Role

As the Brand Marketing & Communications Director you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies aligned with MilDef Groups objectives. You will lead a team and oversee all marketing advertising and communication efforts ensuring a strong and consistent brand identity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Brand Management Innovation and Compliance Elevate MilDefs brand through the crafting and execution of brand strategies that align with MilDefs business goals including but not limited to targeted marketing campaigns bureau partnership and active engagement with key stakeholders in the defense and government sectors. Ensure adherence to MilDefs corporate visual identity and tone of voice across the organization. Continuously innovate the brands core and expression.

• Marketing Leadership: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing MilDefs market presence and reputation.

• Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professional fostering an inclusive work culture defined by creativity innovation and accountability.

• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with technology functions country managers investor relations and public affairs group business development and sales units to create integrated marketing plans that leverage the full spectrum of communication tools. This collaboration ultimately supports MilDefs business objectives effectively.

• Communication: Drive internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement within the organization. Support employer branding initiatives. Assist spokespersons in external communications press releases newsletters and corporate announcements.

• Performance Measurement: Develop metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives analyze results and provide datadriven recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for leadership. Your background should include:

• A Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).

• Proven experience in a senior marketing or communications role with active brand management as part of your work.

• At least 5 years of managerial experience leading teams in an international environment and driving change.

• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and resultsdriven approach.

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English verbal and written.

• A creative thinker who thrives in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills capable of building relationships across all levels of an organization.
