We re seeking a detailoriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to play a pivotal role in our client s financial operations. Responsibilities

• Craft insightful cash flow projections to guide strategic financial planning and decisionmaking
  
• Meticulously reconcile credit card statements and merchant services fees using Netsuite ensuring accuracy in all financial records
  
• Spearhead sales tax reconciliation efforts and prepare timely quarterly payments navigating complex multistate regulations
  
• Lead engaging monthly financial reviews with management translating financial data into actionable insights
  
• Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable processes maintaining smooth financial operations
  
• Develop and analyze comprehensive budgets supporting the company s growth initiatives
  
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial data within Netsuite serving as the guardian of the company s financial truth
  
• Optimize financial processes for maximum efficiency continually seeking ways to improve and streamline operations
  
• Contribute to financial strategy through indepth data analysis and thoughtful reporting
  

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Netsuite ERP system with the ability to leverage its full potential for financial management
  
• Strong foundation in bookkeeping and accounting principles with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  
• Demonstrated experience in cash flow analysis and projections particularly in growthoriented businesses
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to nonfinancial stakeholders
  
• Selfmotivated with strong time management skills capable of thriving in a flexible parttime role
  
• Passion for continuous learning and adaptability to evolving financial technologies and regulations
  
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred
  
• Professional certification (e.g. CPA CMA) is a plus but not required
