Planning Specialist (Fresh Pharmacist)

About the Job

• Create and follow up purchase requisition for raw and packaging materials
• Develop and prepare annual , quarter and monthly report of production
• Bill materials issue
• Record and trace product through different production stages
• Prepare the annual operating budget for raw and packaging material
• Support the organization’s goals by managing and coordinating the supply and demand of programs and the availability of items either manufactured or purchased.
• Help to prioritize and expedite incoming material as necessary to ensure the material is inspected and accepted and placed into inventory necessary to fulfill manufacturing requirements.
• Interact with production and sales to understand demand forecast drivers
• Provide input in developing departmental strategies for inventory on existing items, new product introduction and phase outs.
• Report gathered information within production meeting environment
• Work with demand and forecast incorporating current and accurate information to allow the company to correctly predict customer demand and provide supply chain with appropriate information to allow planning on how to meet demand.
• Improve relationships among production, sales, production supervisors and quality which will lead to effective knowledge sharing and optimizing the forecast to better guide the company.
• Execute with excellence in the area of stock and demand replenishment providing feedback to the supply chain on risks regarding replenishment levels and demand

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduated male Pharmacist
• Education, Skills, Experience required:
• Bachelor Degree of pharmacy.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in planning.
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent English, verbal / written communication
• Ability to work well through others
• Strong stress tolerance
• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment is essential
