Title: Business Analyst

Engagement Description:
- Supports operational activities for a behavioural health program through summarizing data trends maintaining business processes including detailed review and regular updates of program communications and other activities as required.
- Includes working with cross functional teams and an external vendor to facilitate execution of activities and issue resolution to support the program.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience Include: 23 yrs. Experience on:
- Proactive and detail oriented selfstarter
- Strong analytical planning and problemsolving skills in working through business processes data analysis and issue resolution.
- Analysing and visualizing data using tools like SQL spreadsheets and data visualization software.
- Maintaining business processes that include data analysis and coordination with external departments.
Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
- Communication and writing skills. Interfacing with various departments senior management and individuals external to the organization.
- Creating reports and dashboards.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
- Project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Access Excel Visio
- 23 years health care related experience or past client or any other health insurance experience ideally within behavioural health or utilization management
Education/Certifications Include:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required
- Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred
